IDR Version 4.4.0

We’re excited to share the latest updates for IDR:

Master Tenants:

• FEAT: Master tenants that are an acuumulated readonly view over multiple tenants can be created. Supports Tile/Table/IT Service/Business/GANTT View

Audit Log:

• FEAT: Automatic deletion can be configured in global settings
• FEAT: Tenants in filter view are sorted alphabetically
• FEAT: Permissions can be assigned to local roles per tenant
• FIX: “Admin” role was unable to view audit logs in certain scenarios
• FIX: Automated imports no longer create audit log entries for unchanged items

Recovery plan:

• FIX: Fixed upload of images in comment section

Tile/ Tableview

• FEAT: Search functionalilty in tenant overview
• FIX: Email was not marked as required for persons
• FIX: Fixed error for MTPD > 200

Assets:

• FIX: Users received outdated assets email for deleted assets

IT Service / Business View:

• FEAT: Drag and Drop movement and navigation
• FEAT: Download functionality reworked
• FIX: Text was partially displayed outside the borders of the boxes

Tenant Management:

• FEAT: Tenants can be searched in the tenant view

API:

• FEAT: API Versioning for publicly available API endpoints
• FEAT: Audit Log endpoints available

Quality of Life:

• FEAT: After refresh the user stays on the selected view and does not jump back to table view
• FIX: Scrollbars incorrectly displayed in darkmode

Technical:

• Security Update of several packages
